2. Degree in Biotechnology/Laboratory Medical Science.

IT SPECIALIST

1. Install and configure network equipment and ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance.
2. Set up hardware and software for new installations, providing technical expertise in the process.
3. Conduct pre-site installation inspections, workflow analysis, and project manage installations.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, while effectively communicating solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date with security and networking best practices to recommend optimal solutions for clients.
6 .Serve as the technical point of contact for both the internal support team and customer IT teams.
7. Provide both on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring smooth system integration and operation of software.
8. Assist with setting up IT connections, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and diagnosing data access problems.
9. Perform technical interventions at customer sites to resolve complex IT issues and assist with installations.
10 .Support field application specialists and service engineers during field activities, ensuring efficient startup of new systems.
11. Carry out mandatory and optional software updates for middleware and connected systems.
12. Manage and execute Field Actions related to software and IT connections, both remotely and on-site.
13. Escalate IT incidents to higher service levels as needed and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
14. Utilize programming languages such as VC++, Delphi, C#, SQL Server, HTML, UML, XML, and JavaScript for IT development tasks.
